By subscribing to this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership & Billing
Membership to the GoldBear Media Mastermind Group is billed on a recurring monthly basis.
Your billing cycle begins on the day you sign up and recurs on the same date each month.
All payments will be automatically charged to the payment method you provide at sign-up, unless and until you cancel your membership.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel, please email hello@goldbear.media with your full name and the email address associated with your account.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
Partial refunds will not be issued for the remainder of a billing cycle once a charge has been processed.
3. Access & Member Expectations
Your subscription grants you access to all Mastermind content, live sessions, community forums, and any downloadable resources available during your active membership.
As a member of our Mastermind group, we expect respectful and professional behavior in all interactions with GoldBear Media staff and fellow members.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to the community and materials without refund if a member engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior.
4. Changes to Terms
GoldBear Media reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes in advance. Continued use of the membership after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Participation in the Mastermind group does not guarantee specific business outcomes. While we provide strategic guidance, support, and resources, your individual results will vary based on the effort, implementation, and external factors.
